The accommodation is on two floors and is suitable for up to 6 people plus a baby. The ground floor has a large well equipped dining room/kitchen with full size cooker, microwave, and wood burner. There is also a utility room with full size fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The living room is also spacious with plenty of seating and a double sofa bed. There is a large selection of reading material, CD player and TV/DVD along with games/playing cards etc.

We have a large double bedroom downstairs with exposed beams that also accommodates a single bed. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin just off this bedroom.

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with exposed beams and large velux window, along with a single bed which is suitable for children up to the age of 12.

There is also a single bedroom with balcony giving fantastic views of the countryside. A family bathroom is situated upstairs which has a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

For people visiting with a baby we are able to provide a travel cot and highchair (Free of Charge)

Outside their are lawns of around 1 acre along with is stocked with trees and flowers.

Their is a gravelled area next to the cottage which can easily cater for numerous cars.

Part of this area is converted into a boules court.

We also have a variety of toys and books for children including a sandpit, picnic table, bicycle and trike.

Also two adult mountain bikes as the roads around are mainly flat and very quiet with little traffic
